Hiring Collection Team Leader For Collection Operations. Candidate Should Have Experience In Collections, Team Handling, Target Achievement, And Customer Negotiation. Responsibilities Include Managing Collection Executives, Monitoring Recovery Performance, And Maintaining Mis Reports. Preferred Background From Nbfc, Fintech, Or Payday Loan Industry. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Documentation, KYC and Financial products
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone ethical and detail-oriented

Day-to-day work

• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts

What you get

You will be paid ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month.
