You Are Responsible For Collecting Overdue Payments Through Telephonic Follow-Ups, Achieving Assigned Collection Targets, Maintaining Accurate Records, And Ensuring Compliance With The Company'S Policies And Applicable Regulatory Guidelines. Candidates With Prior Experience In Payday Loan Collections Will Be Preferred. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• You'll verify KYC documents and complete application formalities.
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• You will cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with KYC, MS Excel, Documentation, Financial products
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A persuasive, ethical attitude

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹32,000 per month.
