Logistics Operations Professionals Are Responsible For Planning, Coordinating, And Executing The Movement Of Goods From Origin To Destination Efficiently And Cost-Effectively. Their Role Includes Scheduling Shipments, Selecting Appropriate Transportation Modes (Air, Train), Preparing And Verifying Essential Documents Such As Invoices, Packing Lists And Awbs. They Coordinate Closely With Freight Forwarders, Transporters, Warehouses, And Customers To Track Shipments, Resolve Delays Or Issues, And Ensure Timely Delivery. Additionally, They Oversee Inventory And Warehouse Activities, Manage Freight Costs And Billing, Analyze Operational Data For Performance Improvement, And Maintain Clear Communication To Provide High Levels Of Customer Service. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel, Internet Surfing | Skills Needed : Email, Computer

What you will do

As an Asset Operations Administrator, your work will include:

• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• You'll manage collections and track overdue accounts.
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing
