Compensation

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

As a Back Office, your work will include:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Ms Cit, Ms Power Point, Ms Word, Tally
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel, MS Power Point, Advanced Excel, MS Word, > 30 WPM Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel
• Skills Needed: Tally, Tally, MS CIT
• A detail-oriented, dependable attitude
