The salary for this role is ₹15,500 – ₹34,500 per month.

What the job involves

As a Bank Personal Loan Telecaller, your work will include:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Mutual Funds
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi, English

• Someone patient and calm under pressure
