Collection Executive

Uday Debt Management is looking for a Collection Executive to join its team in Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month. 15 candidates will be hired for this role.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English and Hindi
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi, English
• Someone polite and customer-first

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
