Collection Executive

A new Collection Executive role is open at Uday Debt Management, Nirman Vihar, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month. 10 candidates will be hired for this role.

What you will do

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: English, Hindi
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi, English
• You are polite and calm under pressure
