Key Responsibilities -Sales Coordinator Handle Customer Enquiries And Follow-Ups. Prepare Quotations And Sales Documents. Coordinate With Customers And Internal Teams. Track Orders, Production, And Dispatch Status. Maintain Sales Records And Customer Data. Follow Up For Payments And Outstanding Dues. Prepare Sales Reports For Management.

Day-to-day work

• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Eligibility

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Hindi and English, Verbal communication, Typing speed and Active listening
