Supervise And Train A Team Of Customer Care Executives.Monitor Daily Performance, Leads, And Productivity.Ensure Prompt And Polite Responses To Customer Inquiries.Resolve Escalated Complaints With Tact And Professionalism.Ensure Technicians Are Scheduled As Per Customer Convenience. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Outbound, Inbound, Domestic | Languages : Marathi, Hindi, English

Roles and responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• You'll identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

Compensation

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹26,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Hindi, Inbound, Marathi and Outbound
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
