Day-to-day work

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Internet Surfing, Manage Operations, Ms Power Point, Ms Word, Record Management
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
