A new Account Assistant role is open at Ums Engineering Pvt Ltd, Bhandup West, Mumbai. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹12,000/month.

Billing Aur Invoicing Karna. Balance Sheet Maintain Karna. Gst Aana Chhaiye. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Accounts receivable, Bank reconciliation, MS Excel, Accounts payable
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone numerate and confidential

Day-to-day work

• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns.
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues
• You will reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts.
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers.
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
