Job Role Collection Telecaller- Make Calls To Customers Regarding Pending Loan Emis And Outstanding Payments.- Follow Up With Overdue Customers And Obtain Payment Commitments.- Communicate Professionally With Customers And Convince Them To Make Timely Payments.- Handle Daily Calling, Follow-Ups, And Collection Activities.- Update Customer Responses, Payment Commitments, And Case Status In Mis/System.- Achieve Assigned Collection And Calling Targets.- Maintain Proper Records Of Customer Interactions And Follow-Ups.- Coordinate With The Team Leader And Submit Daily Performance Reports.- Follow Company Collection Processes And Guidelines.Experience: Collection / Telecalling Experience Preferred. Freshers With Good Communication Skills Can Also Apply. Languages : English, Hindi, Marathi

What you will do

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• You'll source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
