We Are Looking For An Experienced Hr Manager To Manage Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Relations, Attendance, Performance Management, Hr Policies, Payroll Coordination, And Employee Records. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Communication, Leadership, Problem-Solving, And Organizational Skills, Along With Relevant Experience In Hr Management. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Payroll, Labour law basics, MS Excel, Screening
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone good communicator and people-oriented

Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• You'll coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
