Unique Instruments is looking for a Back Office Executive to join its team in Malad, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• Someone dependable and well spoken

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
