Make Outbound Calls To A Provided Database Of Potential Blue-Collar Candidates.Clearly Explain Job Roles, Salary Structures, Working Hours, And Benefits.Screen Candidates Based On Job Requirements (E.G., Driving License, Vehicle Ownership, Smartphone, Willingness To Work).Schedule Interviews, Guide Candidates Through The Onboarding Process, And Follow Up Until They Join.Maintain Daily Call Records And Update Candidate Statuses In Excel Or Google Sheets.Meet Daily And Weekly Candidate Sourcing Targets.Compensation & Perks: Salary For Freshers: 7,000 To 8,000 Per Month.Salary For Experienced Candidates: 8,000 To 10,000 Per Month.Performance Incentives: Earn Up To 5,000 Extra Per Month Based On Successful Candidate Onboardings. What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
