Your responsibilities

As an Office Assistant, your work will include:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹12,000 – ₹20,001 per month.

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Skills: Basic Excel, Computer, Internet Surfing, Record Management
• Female Only
• Basic English
