Join United Education Consultant as a Telecaller in Sector-34, Chandigarh. Freshers can apply. 30 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Make Outbound Calls To Promote And Sell Products Or Services. Address Customer Queries, Negotiate Deals, And Meet Sales Targets. Maintain Detailed Call Records And Follow Up With Leads Effectively.

Your responsibilities

• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Candidate profile

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Active listening, Complaint handling, Typing speed and Verbal communication
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• You are calm under pressure and polite

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹14,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
