United Refractory Services is looking for a Site Administrator to join its team in Park Street, Kolkata. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month. The team is filling 6 vacancies.

Employees Will Be Posted Across India, Depending On Project/Site Requirements. Candidates Must Have A Working Knowledge Of Ms Excel And Email Communication. The Role Will Include Handling Site Gate-Pass-Related Documentation And Processing, Maintaining The Site Purchasing Book, Preparing Daily Progress Reports (Dpr), Coordinating Monthly Hr Clearance, Carrying Out Material Reconciliation, And Preparing/Maintaining Site Closing Certificates. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Payroll, HRMS, Screening and Recruitment
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, good communicator attitude

Compensation

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• You'll source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• You will ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
