Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Ms Power Point and Ms Word
