Agency Development Manager

Unnati Associates is looking for an Agency Development Manager to join its team in Kathriguppe, Bengaluru. 20 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹75,000/month.

Day-to-day work

• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• You'll share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• You'll record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Local market knowledge, Target achievement, Lead generation and Negotiation
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are self-motivated and persuasive

Compensation

You will be paid ₹30,000 – ₹75,000 per month.
