We Are Seeking Enthusiastic And Detail-Oriented Ar Callers To Join Our Medical Billing & Rcm Team. The Ar Caller Will Be Responsible For Handling Denials Management, Claim Follow-Up, And Resolution Of Outstanding Accounts By Interacting With Insurance Companies And Ensuring Timely Reimbursement For Healthcare Providers. Type : Outbound | Languages : English

Key responsibilities

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

What you get

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
