Coordinate With Teams To Streamline Operational Processes And Improve Customer Service. Talking With The Bank & Banker Related To Settlement Process. Drafting Letters. Team Coordination. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Financial products, MS Excel, Compliance and Documentation
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A detail-oriented, trustworthy attitude
