Your responsibilities

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Basic Excel, Computer, Ms Power Point, Record Management, Tally
