Urban Money is hiring a Telesales Executive in Sector 15 - Noida, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month. 25 candidates will be hired for this role.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Candidate profile

• Open to freshers
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Outbound, Real Estate and Sales
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
