Day-to-day work

As an Insurance Sales, your work will include:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Active listening, Verbal communication, Complaint handling, Typing speed
• Basic English

What you get

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
