Manage End-To-End Recruitment Processes, From Job Posting To Onboarding. Managing Recruitment Processes, Including Resume Screening, Scheduling Interviews, And Conducting Background Checks Should Have Excellent Knowledge Of Word, Advance Excel, Google Sheet & Internet Browsing. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• You will coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• You'll manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Who can apply

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Recruitment, HRMS, MS Excel and Labour law basics
• Female Only
