Responsibilities Include Handling Front Desk, Incoming/Outgoing Calls, Whatsapp Enquiries, Appointment Scheduling, Customer Follow-Ups, Explaining Services, Enquiry Conversion And Maintaining Records. 12Th Pass/Graduate Preferred. 13 Years Experience Preferred Freshers Can Apply. Good Hindi & English Communication And Basic Computer Skills Required. Salary 18,00027,000 Performance Incentives. Timing: 9 Am6 Pm.Calls Attend Karna. Admin / Attendance Related Work. Attend Incoming Customers At Reception. Email / Back Office Work. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Basic accounting, Email etiquette, Record keeping, Data entry
• Female Only
• Good English
• Freshers can apply
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone detail-oriented and dependable

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹16,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
