Urmila Internationl Services is looking for an Hr Recruiter to join its team in Chakan, Pune. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Labour law basics, Payroll, Recruitment, HRMS
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone confidential and good communicator

Salary

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

What the job involves

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• You will support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws

• Shift: 09:30 am - 6:30pm | Monday to Saturday
