Key responsibilities

As a Company Secretary, your work will include:

• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns

• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Accounts payable, Bank reconciliation, Accounts receivable, TDS
