Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Salary

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point and Ms Word
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
