Hr Intern Job Responsibilities: Assist With Recruitment, Candidate Screening, Interview Scheduling, Employee Handling, Attendance, And Employee Relations. Support Daily Hr Activities And Maintain Employee Records. Duration: 3 Months | Stipend: 4,000/Month. Ppo Opportunity: Based On Performance During The Internship.

Day-to-day work

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records

Salary and benefits

The salary for this internship is ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of HRMS, Labour law basics, Screening and Recruitment
• Female Only
