We Are Looking For A Business Development Manager To Drive Commercial Rooftop Solar Sales By Generating Leads, Meeting Industrial And Commercial Clients, Preparing Proposals, Negotiating Contracts, And Closing Deals. Candidates Should Have Strong B2B Sales Experience, Excellent Communication Skills, And The Ability To Achieve Monthly Sales Targets. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• You'll record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• You will build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• You'll explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• You will identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Target achievement, Customer handling, Negotiation, Lead generation
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are target-driven and confident
