Key responsibilities

As a Receptionist Cum Office Assistant, your work will include:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with MS Office, Typing, Record keeping, Data entry
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, well spoken attitude
