Handle End-To-End Recruitment And Hiring, Including Sourcing, Screening, Interviews, Selection, And Joining.Manage Employee Onboarding And Offboarding, Including Documentation And Exit Formalities.Maintain Attendance, Leave, Late Coming, And Overtime Records.Prepare And Verify Monthly Payroll And Salary Inputs.Handle Pf, Esic, Bonus, Gratuity,. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• You'll source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training

Who can apply

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Recruitment, Screening, Labour law basics, HRMS
• Female Only

• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
