Coordinate Day-To-Day Office Activities And Administrative Work.Coordinate With Different Departments, Vendors, And Service Providers.Handle Documentation, Filing, Data Entry, Emails, Calls, And Courier.Maintain Office Supplies, Stationery, And Records.Prepare Reports And Follow Up On Pending Tasks. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Record keeping, Email etiquette, Typing, Data entry
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Salary

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹17,000 per month.
