Day-to-day work

As a Senior Tele Sales Executive, your work will include:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.

What you get

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

Who can apply

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Kannada, Outbound, Real Estate and Sales
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
