A new Collection Telecaller role is open at V S Financial Services (VS Financial Services), L B Nagar, Hyderabad. You can earn up to ₹25,000/month. 10 candidates will be hired for this role.

Roles and responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• You'll explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue

What you get

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Who can apply

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Customer acquisition, Compliance, KYC, MS Excel
• Basic English
