Vaishali Silk Mills is looking for an Hr Officer to join its team in Sachin, Surat. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month.

The Timekeeper Is Responsible For Maintaining Accurate Daily Attendance Records For Employees, Monitoring Timekeeping Data, And Ensuring Attendance Information Is Complete And Up To Date. The Role Supports Payroll And Workforce Management By Tracking Employee Attendance, Identifying Discrepancies, And Reporting Attendance-Related Issues To Manageme. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Recruitment, Labour law basics, Screening, HRMS
• Male Only
• No English required
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
