Day-to-day work

As a Customer Care Representative, your work will include:

• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Requirements

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: English, Kannada

Compensation
