A new Hr Admin Executive role is open at Valasumani Farm Machines Pvt Ltd, Anna Nagar West, Chennai. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Payroll, Recruitment, MS Excel, Labour law basics
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
