Vandeep International wants to bring on an Hr Manager for its Udhna, Surat team. The pay goes up to ₹50,000/month.

• Skills: Screening, Payroll, Recruitment, Labour law basics
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• You will support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• You'll coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
