Account Assistant

Vanity Office is looking for an Account Assistant to join its team in Mumbra, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation.
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Book Keeping, Tally
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
