Key Responsibilities:Handle Incoming And Outgoing Calls With Clients/Customers.Communicate With Clients Professionally And Understand Their Queries Or Requirements.Provide Timely And Accurate Information To Customers.Coordinate With Internal Departments To Resolve Customer Issues.Maintain Proper Records Of Customer Interactions And Follow-Ups. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, English

Salary

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Day-to-day work

As a Customer Support Executive, your work will include:

• You will prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, English
• A confident, self-motivated attitude
