Welcome Visitors And Manage The Front Desk.Handle Incoming Calls, Emails, And Visitor Inquiries.Maintain Visitor Records And Coordinate Meetings.Manage Couriers, Office Supplies, And Basic Administrative Tasks.Support Hr/Admin With Day-To-Day Office Operations.

What you get

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month.

What you will do

• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Requirements

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Basic accounting, Record keeping, Typing, Email etiquette
• Female Only
• Good English
• Freshers can apply
• A detail-oriented, well spoken attitude
