Vcare Hospitality India Private Limited is looking for an Assistant Facility Manager to join its team in Pune-Nashik Highway, Pune. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. You can earn up to ₹35,000/month.

Key Responsibilities Manage Complete Housekeeping Operations At The Assigned Site And Ensure Cleanliness Standards Are Maintained At All Times. Lead And Oversee The Maintenance, Safety, And Functionality Of Buildings And Properties. Coordinate Repairs, Vendor Contracts, And Space Utilization. Ensure Compliance With Health And Safety Regulations. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

You will be paid ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

What the job involves

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Data entry, Typing, MS Office, Basic accounting
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are well spoken and detail-oriented
