Customer Care Executive - Phoenix Marketcity Velachery, Understanding And Directing Customers As Per The Requirement, Assisting Customers With Store Location, Maintaining & Assisting Customers With Lost And Found , Customers Feedback, First Aid, Baby Pram And Wheelchair Services, Sending Monthly Reports Of Lost And Found & Wheelchairs.

• Skills: Negotiation, Target achievement, CRM, Lead generation

Day-to-day work

• You will achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• You'll record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• You will build long-term relationships with existing clients.

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
