Handle Daily Entries In Tally Prime/Erp.Manage Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment And Journal Entries.Prepare Challans, Invoices And Vouchers.Make Bank And Cash Entries In Tally.Maintain Customer/Vendor Ledgers And Records.Verify Bills And Accounting Documents.Assist With Bank And Ledger Reconciliation.Maintain Accurate Data And Prepare Tally Report. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Skills Needed : Tally | > 30 WPM Typing Speed

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed and Tally
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Skills Needed: Tally

• A well spoken, detail-oriented attitude
