Making Regular Follow-Up Calls To Prospective Clients To Convert Inquiries Into Sales.Working Towards Daily/Monthly Sales Targets And Contributing To Company Revenue Goals.Maintaining Accurate And Detailed Records Of Customer Interactions, Feedback, And Sales Data. Type : Sales | Languages : Tamil, Gujarati, Malayalam, Telugu, Bengali, Punjabi, Marathi, Kannada, Hindi, English

What you will do

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Who can apply

• Open to freshers
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi and Punjabi
• Basic English
