Handle Customer Calls, Whatsapp Messages, And Social Media Inquiries With Excellent Service And Clarity. Create, Update, And Manage Orders And Invoices On Shopify. Manage Billing And Inventory Updates On Tally. Coordinate With Operations And Logistics Teams For Smooth Order Fulfillment. Maintain Accurate Customer Records And Follow-Up Communication. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• You will explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹27,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Lead generation, Presentation, Customer handling, Local market knowledge
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
