Role Includes Handling Employee Issues, Maintaining Records, And Creating Performance/Incentive Programs Linked To Attendance, Output, And Quality. Experience In Incentive Schemes And Salary Increment Decisions Required. Bengali & Hindi Required. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Payroll, MS Excel, Labour law basics, Recruitment
• Male Only
• No English required
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are good communicator and people-oriented

Day-to-day work

• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
